Consultancy Services

On receiving a detailed brief from the client with regard to the event, we will draw up a Disaster Plan in accordance with THE DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT 57 OF 2002 for the event and submit it to the local Disaster Management Authority for approval.


Effective Event Management will consult with SAPS, Metro Traffic, Fire Department, Medical Services and any other affiliated Service Providers to ensure all safety aspects of the event are covered.
Production Services

Effective Event Management has conceptualised and designed layouts on behalf of their clients. Upon approval from the client of the Final Infrastructure, we will source all the necessary equipment: marquees, linen, décor, plants, portable toilets, generators, liquor, caterers, entertainers etc.


In fact, every facet required to deliver a world-class venue for your event.


Effective Event Management will co-ordinate, manage and erect the Infrastructure according to the client’s needs, ensuring a high standard is maintained throughout, leaving the client free to ensure the enjoyment and wellbeing of his or her guests.

 
Event Planning

If required Effective Event Management will source a suitable venue or survey an intended venue and submit a crowd management plan together with recommended manning levels.

 
Access Control

Should the event require a high level of security, trained personnel can be supplied to search and screen all staff movements and goods onto the site. Handheld Metal Detectors can also be supplied as an added security precaution.

 
Crowd Management

Effective Event Management is able to supply trained personnel at key areas such as:
Cashiers for ticket sales / Ticket Management and Reconciliation.
Ticket Controllers / Gatesmen / Doormen
Ushers / Guest Relations Personnel
Chauffeuring Services / Close Protection Services.

 
24 Hour Security

We are able to supply SIRA registered and trained Patrol Officers to protect equipment at event sites.
